My teaching seeks to carry the flame of the originial Kriya Yoga of Sri Goswami Kriyananda and Paramahamsa Yogananda.  I am dedicated to passing on the art of yoga practice in its entirety to anyone willing to learn.

Connie has belly danced for as long as she can remember and has taught belly dance for five years.  She has performed for the Sioux City Orchestra, colleges, Renaissance Fairs and private parties.  Belly dancing is a second passion for Connie and she loves teaching it.  Her teacher, Lea Logan, has traveled the globe entertaining with belly dancing and holds a Master of Dance degree from the University of Houston.  Gretchen Gondek is Connie's faithful assistant and most experienced dancer.
